What is the difference between Class A and Class B cleanroom paper?

Our GALAXY® cleanroom paper is formatted using electronically controlled cutting machines. Here, the cutting dust from the cutting edge is microscopically controlled because it can be relevant to the cleaning process for the user.

For our Class A cleanroom papers, a special cleaning procedure is applied so that the cutting edge area is highly decontaminated. Class A is intended for use in critical environments.

Our standard cleanroom paper, Class B, is intended for use in less critical areas. The paper basically has the same quality as Class A, but it is manufactured without the additional edge decontamination.

We also offer gamma-irradiated paper for use in pharmaceutical applications.
